The hoverboard never turn on it will only turn on when plugged in so tomorrow I will return it hopefully I get a replacement or my money back

Seeing these online I thought they were just a child's toy, I saw them admittedly as kinda stupid. But after she asked for one and I got it, it really is a fun toy.

My daughter used it to sit on until she could master standing on it. Really good battery life and maintained a charge as long as we were practicing.

I haven't given it to him yet. However my oldest son has one just like it and he loves it. So I'm sure he's gonna love it as well.

They recommended that I buy parts that are out of stock and they do not expect to have at any time in the future. A ridiculous request from the manufacturer! The charge port is held in place by a nut that is too large so the threading does not properly tighten. This caused the charge port to fall out and break while riding. If you buy this product you should open the hoverboard and tape or hot glue the nut in place. I wish I had something positive to say about the product but such an expensive product should last longer than a day and the manufacturer should stand behind their product.
