Our mistake…We didn’t think anything of it. My son had issues charging the the hoverboard. Once the hoverboard finally charged.My son and I had isses with pairing the hoverboard to his phone and getting the hoverboard paired with the app. We tried everything that we were supposed to do. We held the power button for 15 seconds, then hit the power button again. We forgot the device and completely redownloaded the app and started from the beginning. Nothing we did got the Hoverboard to sync with my sons phone or my phone. The hoverboard also makes a ticking sound. The front lights don’t work because you have to ise the app to set the light preference. We tried reaching the customer service 4 days ago and no response! So frustrating!!

The plastic wheels are terrible for going over any kind of bump and combined with the clearance will prime same day ship you to the ground. Board felt very cheap and pressure plates were mediocre. App connectivity was very limited, but the battery was pretty solid. Definitely recommend spending the extra bucks for the Hover-1 Titan with inflatable wheels.

This was hardly used by my daughter and suddenly it not started to work. Overall experience is very bad.
