First ordered this product as a Christmas gift and the charger did not work I took it back to the store the day after Christmas and the store did not have it in stock so they had to have the product shipped to me. I tracked the product and it says it was delivered to my house on 12/30 and I haven't received it. I contacted Best Buy and they told me that I would receive a refund, I have yet to receive the refund and I have called numerous times and I keep getting the runaround. I just want the product that I ordered or a refund so I can place another order. This has been frustrating and disappointing.

The LED lights up and I can get it to beep when it's plugged in, but it won't take a charge and won't respond at all if it's not plugged in.
