When turned it upsode down Inheard parts rattling inside. Upon further inspalection the center of the board saggs, so I assume the bracket inside that other have posted is broken out if the box. Due tonthe plastic wrap that was heat shrinked it could not have been an open box from BestBuy. It came from the manufacture this way. Very upset with the build quality and recieving a used/broken product.

Very sensitive to weight changes when balancing as it should be. A little tough for an 11 yr who doesn’t have good balance, but that’s just someone needing practice.
