The second one arrived broken. Since that time we have received 3 replacements and every single of them arrived broken. We finally decided to purchase a different one from a different store.

Don't even think of getting on this thing unless you weigh less than 100lbs. My 145lb wife (weight limit is supposed to be 220lbs) used my son's for about 3 minutes and the thing nearly cracked in half and is now unusable. Good news is that the warranty doesn't cover damage, only internal manufacturing defects. Do not buy this unless you weigh under 100lbs. If a 220lb person got on this thing it would literally turn to rubble under their feet.

The instruction is not helpful at all. The hover-1 homepage don't list product. No tel # to call. Only 90 days warranty. I should return this.

This is a junk. 2 times i got this product first tjme the device would not power off or charge. Second time it worked for a day but the app did not connect than another day we tried again it connected but the board did not turn off. Alot of sound had to put it the garage because of the beeping sound it kept making. I have vidoes i cant even post. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL!!!
