The wheel are hard and only good for hard smooth surfaces. Next purchase will be bigger or better wheels

Rode it the first time Jan 27. It broke in the middle after 10 minutes of riding. I'm well under the listed weight limit. Best Buy won't refund or exchange. My "ticket" with the manufacturer has been "in process" for 2 weeks now with no response. No phone number to speak to manufacturer. DON'T BUY. Neither Best Buy nor Hover 1 will stand behind this faulty product.
