Just now opened it 3/13/2024. Plugged it in. Charged it. Doesn’t work. Apparently it’s not returnable already. Would love a refund or exchange it for one that works maybe. My child didn’t even get to ride it.

She got it 3 days after Christmas and did not work. We went through a return process 4 different times, and all were defective. Started getting them delivered straight to the store so Geek Squad could see. After the 4th one we gave up and got our money back.
