He used it less than ten times and it stopped working. Hover-1 won’t do anything about it! A complete waste of money. Buy a different brand. I wish I had bought them best buy warranty but not sure what that would have done for me.

It was so annoying, i have second day too, i was left to no other option, so returned in following day.

Waste of money

The first one was defective and wouldn’t even turn on. So I took it back and had to wait for them to ship us another. Then when we finally got the second one, it won’t even ride well. It doesn’t move easily and is very hard to ride (even if you change the settings). Will be returning.

But my granddaughter was very disappointed..plus the shipmemt with ups was delayed ..ordered Dec 19 was suppose to recieve it on the 21 didnt get it until 30th ..Defected. A waste!!

I contacted Best Buy where I bought it, and they told me that the warranty was only 90 days so I have to pay to fix it.
