Item broke on the 4th day of use. Customer Support is terrible - I reported the issue directly to Hover-1 over 1 month but they have not reached out in any way to resolve the issue.

I was learning to use it when the midldle broke cracked the side and I nearly fell off

Good scooter for kids, my daughter loves it, she has the seat that you can get for it!!!

Do not waste your money on this. The internal charger port became loose and snapped off while my kid was riding it. Unable to replace it because of how they made it so now it is useless. It did not last a year!!! You are better off getting a lower costing one.

My ten yr old stepped on it and rode maybe 5 feet across the room the whole bottom broke off. I returned it for exchange thinking maybe it was defective got another it did the same thing it says its rated for up to 150 lbs my ten yr old is about 50 to 60 lbs

We have one working Hover-1 hoverboards out of four, all we’re purchased within the last year but outside the joke of a 90 day warranty and the insurance is $70 on a $200 product so after the first two were replaced we wised up and didn’t pay $70 to get our $130 back. One works for now I guess, DO NOT BUY.

Best buy and easy for kids not parents. Its fun but wish it came with a helmet .

A Christmas present for a little boy and it wouldn’t work. Didn’t charge properly. Charge input was loose. Ruined Christmas for a little kid and for me the giver. Disappointed Best Buy.

Crappy piece of junk. Had it replaced twice and lasted a month.

This is absolutely the worst Hooverboard I have ever purchased. I purchased this one, as well has the Go cart conversion. My son weighs 74 pounds, he is 12, this hover board cracked in half on the first bump he went over. Complete trash. It was a christmas gift. He used it for 3 days before it started separating on the bottom. Now it wont work at all.

This is a nice ride for kids. Will buy with more battery power.

Good for my 8 year old. He loves it and wants to play everyday.

I decided to return this since it broke almost immediately. I got a refund rather than exchange or replacement. I didn’t want to chance it.

There should be a safety recall on this thing. I changed 3 of these within a month. The charger stopped working for the first one. The 2nd one (exchanged) broke into two pieces as soon as my 60 lb son stepped on it. 3rd one seemed to work fine for about 3 weeks or so then suddenly smoke started coming from the sides one day. The unit was inside my home and I had to pick it up and run outside for fear of this thing bursting into flames as it has Lithium ion batteries. Luckily the smoke stopped and it cooled down. This is going back to bestbuy and I strongly advice staying away from this product.

It was broken within a month. A 3year old broke it. That means it’s not sturdy. I was told that I had 1 year and now I’m getting the run-around with a replacement.

This item was purchased 12/20 as a Christmas gift and broke down by like 1/10 I loved the product outside of this concern so I just wanted to exchange in hopes to not get a defective item and Best Buy’s “extended” return option ended before I even had the product for 30 days very disappointed
