This was a Santa gift for my children on Christmas morning. You can imagine their devastation when their gift from Santa was not working. My Husband and I contacted however one to let them know that the product was defective. After a couple of weeks, however one returned an email saying that they would not take the product back because the hover board was not meant to charge Over a certain length of time. The Hoverboard had only been plugged in for about four hours during the day while My Husband ran errands before we set it up that night. We’ve tried to charge the Hoverboard several times. We have called the credit card company to have the charges reversed because we are left with a hover board that does not work and the company will not take back even though it is a faulty and defective product not due to any miss handling by us. It’s ridiculous to think that you can’t leave a hover board plugged in for four hours. However, one does not stand by their product. Their customer service is atrocious, and I would steer clear of this brand. We recently purchased the Jetson Hoverboard for my kids and it works great!

Got this for my son. Within about 20 days, the device stopped charging and is now a brick. Do not recommend this hoverboard.

its good, blue tooth is easy to connect, charges quickly

My 11 year old is very happy with how it rides and I am happy with how much more quiet it is than her last one. The battery lasts a long time compared to her last hover board as well.

Fine priduct but no replacement batteries are sold. Lasted 2.5 years and was lightly used.

Bought for my son for Christmas. First one would not charge. Returned for a new one that was shipped within 2 days. Second one works and he really enjoys it.

Thank goodness for best buy standing behind this board with the membership program otherwise I'd have gone to a different board after it quit the first time. Next two I received as replacements didn't even turn on. 4th one finally works again. Lots of odd quirks to it. Will beep when it is not going dead oand is not unbalanced and then won't stop beeping. At times my kids just walk away from it and let it beep because they get frustrated with it.

Was a lot of fun … for about three uses. Bluetooth stopped working after first use. Then it started having pieces rattle inside. Then the board was bending in the middle. Then it started only working for about ten minutes and then would just give out without any warning. Note it only has a three month warranty so they really don’t expect it to last. I couldn’t even get through a month. No phone number for support. I submitted a ticket and no response after a week. I would get something better. Still hoping they might replace it. When it did work it was a lot of fun. I could go on this and son go on his scooter.

I got it for my boyfriend and he loves it. Great speakers and can go very fast

Very easy to learn. My 10 year old grandson loves it. We were able to also purchase a go cart attachment so he can ride like a go cart when he wants to. Weight limit is 220 so my adult son can ride also

This was the perfect gift for my 11 year old. He uses it every day.

It works well and easy to use. Bluetooth speaker works nicely

Defective out of the box!! I bought this for my son for Christmas. We charged it for 5 hours until fully charged. The unit would not turn on. My son was horribly disappointed. Brought it back to exchange for a new one and they were out of stock at the store so they shipped one to the house. Same issue!! Would not turn on after charging. My son was so upset. Have to return the 2nd one now!

Good product will worth the cost, granddaughter loves it !

The Hover-1 Ranger has been a disappointment to say the least. After the first unit had a crack in the housing, we had exchanged for a unit that would not charge or attempt to charge. After multiple emails to Hover-1 customer service, and no reply in over 26 days, it was obvious product quality and customer satisfaction is not a priority to the Hover-1 team.

Purchased 2 of the hoverboard Ranger for my granddaughter’s ages 7 and 10 for Christmas. One I had to return right after Christmas for charging issues and recently the second one now out of warranty has a charging issue. I don’t recommend this board it been less than six months and the company refuse any assistance for their defective product.

Got this one for both of my daughters who are 9&12. It has worked great and they love them.

This worked pretty well for a few months. Unfortunately we lost the charger for a bit and didn't use it for a while. Once we found it, the hoverboard wouldn't charge anymore. Completely useless to us now, but we've had it about eight months so past our 90 day warranty.

Would not a charge for more than 30 minutes & started smoking. Returned it & got a replacement which would not turn off. Had to get our granddaughter off & put board under it so wheels wouldn’t touch ground until battery ran out…returned it for a refund.
