Company was absolutely no help beyone telling us the warranty expired. I would not recommend it to anyone! Very disappointed.

My husband refuse to believe it’s not working but we’ve tried everything to power it back on and after 2weeks of trying I give up.

Returned to Best Buy for an exchange. Exact exchange provided. Opened exchange box, used hover board with charger cord this time. Hoverboard was OBVIOUSLY used, the tires were worn. However, the exchange did include a charger cord. Nothing but hassles. Disappointed is a understatement.

Returned and ordered a replacement. Replacement came and after taking the 5 hours for initial charge, it gave a red blinking light on one side. Wouldn’t complete charge. Returned for refund. Do not recommend

I am over 80 pounds below the weight limit and it still was cracking, the charger port also fell out of the board within the first week. I wouldn’t buy again.
