This was a great movie and looked stunning in 4K UHD!

How To Train Your Dragon is another wonderful "underdog prevails" story from the talented folks at DreamWorks. In this case, our underdog is a Viking teenager who doesn't quite live up to his Dad's ideal of Vikingness. However, when he designs a new slingshot and nets himself the baddest of all the dragons, an unlikely friendship develops that changes the lives of dragons and Vikings alike. Watch this movie with your favorite dragon today!

Ok movie would watch again with family or friends.

Purchased during a promo when many of the Dreamworks Animation videos were on sale <$10, and also buy two get one free. Had been wanting to see How to Train a Dragon, after someone recently recommending. My 4 and 5 year old enjoyed it, and so did my wife and I. The kids now also enjoy watching the Netflix series. Good story, a lot of action and adventure, and great animation.

Watched this with my kids and we really enjoyed it.

Definitely see this movie in 4K before 3’s ending!

My grandchildren love this movie! My three year old granddaughter would watch this one and the second one every day if I'd let her. It does have some scary parts but I watched it with her the first few times and now she is fine. It's an amazing movie that teaches us that we should not judge on looks and fear alone but rather look deeper...you just might find you have more in common that you realized.

Got this movie for a friend who has a toddler and I thought he could share the kid's love of movies with his love of dragons. Turns out the movie was fantastic (I hadn't seen it yet) and I will be purchasing one for myself. Very amusing, well done storyline and enough interesting events for adults and children alike. Nothing too complex with a pretty decent moral to boot, this would be recommended to anyone and everyone.

I had to upgrade my DVD to Blu-ray for my extensive movie collection! This animated movie is fun for the entire family! Picture quality is great in HD along with the 7.1 true Hd audio sound! Included is the DVD and Digital HD (valid thru 05-27-16)! Lots out extra's including deleted and behind the scenes! Highly recommended! Purchased this 2 disc set from BB for under $8.00, great price!

It’s really good and adorable when hiccup and toothless gets a strong bond that’s unbreakable even when it was during a fight he stocked by his side proving his theory about dragons and Vikings can live together was so epic

It got here quicker than expected, which is always nice, and in one piece: the package was not broken, or in any way defect, and the DVD played through without any issues. Oh, and the movie was good too!

The boy learns what his heart tells him stronger then what peers say or even rules that no longer apply. It shows a boy willing to step forward and in this finding himself. Strong female character that is a great role model. The dragon, she's joy once past anyone's fear. This brings great laughter. Makes You want to fly with them, protect the dragon, and be yourself! Great movie for every age!!!

We saw this film on Netflix and immediately decided we just had to own it. The case on the first copy I got from Best Buy was cracked, and we didn't know until after we opened it. My local store exchanged it no problem and opened the new one for me to make sure it wasn't cracked. The digital copy is wonderful, as is the blu-ray. We'll definitely be purchasing the second one!

I love fantasy movies, and surprisingly animated films are pushing the genre well. What starts off as a cute homage to vikings, takes a turn into some amazing story telling and character driven tales. The dragon lore is fun and interesting, and certainly brings some love and life to what is usually a spiteful view of dragons. Great movie to watch again and again.

I would say this is one of the best kid's movies out there. Kids will love the cool action and adventure of a young boy who befriends a dragon when nobody believes in him. The combo pack is great to so you can put it on your portable device and take it on the go. Keeps you entertained on long trips. Would definitely recommend buying this movie!!!

First, story is great for young and old alike. I did'nt get to see it in 3D in the theatres and heard it was amazing. It was beyond amazing!! Roger Deakins was a visual consultant on this and it shows!!! I had not seen the movie in awhile and must say it holds up very well.

How to Train Your Dragon has great graphics, a good strong story line and humor that varies between subtle and physical. The dragon (Toothless) moves in unexpected ways that are amusing to watch, especially when he walks upright. And his expressions are priceless! We have watched it over and over and we are not finished yet! Time to buy Part II!

Dreamworks has always done a great animated film, and these Dragon films are no exception. I think these are even a bit better than Shrek in that they have a moral behind them and the way the Dragons are characterized and brought to life are pretty amazing. If you have father/son issues be careful and get ready to try not to cry XD

Not once in this movie are you taught how to catch and train your own dragon. All this movie has is a story about a two enemies becoming best friends through hard ship and determination. It’s action packed and really well written but not once is there a step by step on how to train your dragon.
