Good 3D

Very disapointed with customer service

I eventually checked the tracking and it stated that after 3 attempts, both packages were sent back. Unfortunately, no notices were left on my front door notifying me of this (it seems odd that DVDs require a delivery signature). I called customer service and explained my issue. They were very polite but informed me that if I wanted to reorder the two items, they would be at full cost compared to the discounted price I purchased them before. Her reason being that It's my fault they weren't delivered. It became evident to me that they were taking the word of UPS and not me, THEIR CUSTOMER and even though the monetary amount was small, I ended up going to Target and purchasing the two DVDs for the same discounted rate I had originally purchased them at from Best Buy. Well done Best Buy, way to lose a customer!
