It's a Chromebook and take from that what you will. It's a fantastic value focused entry level device and if that's what your looking for...this will do you just done. I have 3 kids between 7-13 using them and they're working just fine and for the price ...I'm not worried if they get battle scars!

With virtual learning comes virtual meetings with teachers, doctors, counselors and even special needs classes such as speech and OT!!! While our local schools provide chrome books for students, I felt the need for my own for Zoom meetings and such. This HP chromebook works great! It holds a long battery charge, easy to set up and use and very portable. I’m happy with this purchase.

I bought this one as a gift for my nephew, because his was too slow and was having problems in his classes. He was not only super happy to have a new computer -digital generation kids- but how easily he can manipulate it: not heavy, convenient size and well designed keyboard and display make it easier for him to operate de computer. Now my niece wants one for her!!!

Was searching for a lightweight small laptop for my mom and found this at a great price. Its awesome. It automatically hooked up to her printer, phone, her account. I found this to be the perfect laptop for anyone. Worth the price. Highly recommend. I love this laptop it has so much to you can do on it.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing this computer, It works well and the people in the store couldn't have been more helpful. My husband on the other hand tried to purchase the same computer a week or two later and had a completely different experience. The staff member in the store took a bait and switch approach. He was rude and made no effort to help him acquire the computer was looking for but sold him a much more expensive model, He found the one he wanted at another store and returned the computer he purchased at Best Buy. He will never shop there again, We love the Chromebook that I bought at Best Buy,

Really love the screen size and keyboard size, more comfortable to use than a tablet or iPad. Super fast and easy to find apps. Having some issues with audio during zoom meetings, purchased a wired microphone and that seems to have fixed it. Had I known I was going to use it this much I might have paid the extra for the touchscreen version.
