    This may be a good product if you are willing to do all tasks through Google. I did not understand that this Chromebook has a google operating system that does not interface with Microsoft. I could not operate my outlook email or other microsoft office apps except by going online to Microsoft. Worse, 95% of the time, the google browser wouldn't go to Microsoft site, giving me an error message. Total waste of my time. I wish I'd done more research prior to making this purchase. Fortunately, the Geek Squad guys at my local Best Buy store helped me trade this chromebook for an affordable windows laptop that actually works for my needs.
