Do not purchase this computer. It is absolutely a waste of money. It does not even function for simple tasks. It freezes, it’s slow and most times you cannot even open a document or search the web. It was a complete waste of money so don’t be swayed by the low price!

Computer is a starter computer but man its not that great even with a ram increase still slow and glitchy

This laptop is a piece of crap. Run away from this one.

The laptop was used when bought. It turns off and on when I try to use it . The battery doesn’t last , and I use this laptop for school. I regret getting this laptop . It was the last of my money and it went to waste.

So far there are a few glitches when it comes to typing and the system is not that fast

I have had this laptop less than 1 month and it has gone out twice now.

I purchased this computer basically for watching youtube. It BARELY can do that. I have a 1Gig fiber direct connection and nothing else running and it buffers and goes to lower Vid quality... oh well, I guess what do you expect for a 150 bucks.

I will be typing and it keeps messing up and my mouse button keeps getting stuck

Very disappointed with his computer. I just needed a basic computer to do some personal work i couldnt do on my company computer. I wasnt expecting anything great but everything i tried to do or open took forever. The lagging and waiting was unbearable

This thing is the WORST, slowest computer I’ve ever been on. Feels like I’m back in 1995. Bought an inexpensive computer for my business so people could use it for online certification tests only. And of course I’m past the return date by the time I got around to setting it up. JUNK.

Was specifically told that this laptop has a physical ethernet port, which it does not which means it cannot be used for its intended purpose. Adding a usb to ethernet adapter causes the computer to run slow.

Very slow startup which was kind of strange. Not the best.

My laptop hasn’t charged at all. Battery is bad, went to the store before the 14 days return was up only to be told I need to contact HP. Super confused, I thought I was able to return within first 14 days.

Overall not good. Poor hardware performance. Poor software performance. Buttons get stuck. Mousepad rarely works. Not worth the price.

Got this brand new and it didn’t even work. Extremely slow and wouldn’t let me deactivate mode S like everyone else suggested to do. By far the worst laptop I’ve purchased, should have guessed given the price.

Battery failed one month after purchase have to keep on charge to stay on.

I am not impressed unfortunately. It is SLOW. Can't switch between tabs easily and videos are garbled sometimes. Mouse is slow to follow as well.

Bought this laptop to play games…and also use for a laptop. Had to go thru circles to even play the games we want- because they want you to play their Microsoft games-and when we finally get the games to play- they freeze all the time!
