I bought this for honestly just something to type out stories on, it’s a little slow on the start up but once it’s really up and running it’s great! I can type out what I need and stream my shows and movies too! I’m super happy with my purchase

I bought this HP - 14" Laptop - Intel Celeron - 4GB Memory - 64GB eMMC laptop for my middle school child to use for school work, but the moment we bought it, it was running super slow with 4 GB RAM. We didn’t install any other software and then we took it to Geek Squad. They said this is a poorly run laptop and shouldn’t be purchased. I am upset that the money got wasted on something so useless.

The computer is extremely slow. I can’t get work done at all and I just got it. I was really excited to buy this computer as it would be my own and I got it at a decent price but I’m highly dissatisfied. I needed the computer for school next year and now I can’t even use it because it doesn’t work properly. Sometimes it doesn’t turn on, it doesn’t open apps when I press on them or it will completely close me out of the app as I’m trying to work on school work.

Purchased for my niece. She loves it, 9 years old.
