Decent laptop for the price. Little slow on processing.

It works, but is extremely slow. It comes with so much pre-installed bloatware. Would not recommend if you want to do things quickly. It's good for Microsoft Office/household management, but not much else.

Very slow everything. Start up and app launches. I’ve restarted and reset this laptop more than once because sometimes apps just stop working

Great for doing simple tasks. checking email. some games run a little slow

Still working great after 6 months. I like the functionality of this laptop. Only need the volume to be a little louder only when in lives or meetings.

Has a bit of a lag so don't try to do too much! However, it works really well for the purposes intended. Good for a starter laptop, student, and small businesses (so long as they don't have a lot of programs running at the same time).

It’s slim it’s beautiful. The apps upload quick. I love the beautiful color. The picture quality is great. I bought these for my granddaughters, I wish I would have gotten one for myself.

My son needed a new laptop for college and I got him this one to get him through his first year of doing generals. So far, it works well and the camera quality and sound is amazing too. Always been a fan of HP computers.

This computer is ok if you don’t need anything fast. It took awhile to set it up. Once it got going it’s adequate for basic student work but nothing extensive from my experience.

This product did not work for me. I had a hard time setting it up and it kept blanking out on me. The screen would go out. I just had to returned it and I traded it in for a different laptop. Which works fine for me. The price was okay. I like the color.
