I bought this for online classes and its perfect! Beautiful rose gold color, perfect size, runs really well. I recommend this for any student or to anyone who doesnt need a beefy laptop :)

I needed an inexpensive laptop for home. I just needed something for emails, social media and that sort of thing and this laptop is just right.

I bought this item to use with my projector to watch movies. This hp 14" laptop meets those needs. It is also lightweight so I can transport it easily.

It’s a pretty great laptop only thing is it sticks a lot and the processing speed sucks. Can’t run more than one tab on it or it freezes up and shuts down. Would not recommend

The staff at Best Buy were all great. They really helped me because I am not computer competent. I just know how to turn it on. Then I called tech support and over the phone he helped me adjust some programing. So I would give the staff 5 stars. The computer itself well I may still bring it back. The mouse board thing doesn't always work and requires a heavy finger or thumb to make it click. Then there is all the pop ups, WOW that is all I can say. No computer I have ever owned has done this before. I just bought it to run a particular program that can not be erupted. There is a pop up once or twice a day! Very annoying as then I have to shut everything down and then set up the program again. The computer 1 1/2 star.

It’s a functional laptop, works fine if you’re just a college student trying to write papers and do coursework, but anything more extensive than that and you are gonna want something better.

I've had this laptop for over a year now and it's fine for doing simple tasks like checking email shopping and homework that's all.

Works well convenient to take on the road with me!

This laptop was just what my wife needed. She said that she didn't want anything too fancy, just something basic to do what little work she needs to do so she can stop taking mine. She loves it.
