We bought this computer for one of our field inspectors. He was very pleased with its performance. The purchase itself was quick and easy.

Computer was a laggy in some areas. Especially with some small task like playing YouTube. Or moving from one app to another. Battery life was great tho ngl.

Bought this to have a basic laptop for personal use. Only use it for basic internet browsing and some writing. Works well for what I need

This HP laptop was the best thing I got, and on top of that the packaging will nice and neat. I mean like when I seen it I was so happy because last time I had bought a laptop it wasn’t on Best Buy. My package came iffy I didn’t like it And I have a few scratches on my old laptop but this laptop that I got none of that I had no problems with it at all will buy again .
