Bought for graduation gift. Good laptop for the money

I am not a "tecky" type, but you need to have technoligy to stay up with the rest of the world. I am learning my divce a bit better and able to navigate a bit better. I think for those of us who still has encyclapidias that was my go too, it would be helpful to have a computer for "Older folks with sight issues" would be helpful." The people that helped me several times were very helpful and understanding. Thakful for "my" Best Buy Store.

I haven’t really used till now but its a pain because very loading it keep logging me out when I type something very loading, I don’t recommend this, cant even download some kind of app i want.

So far so good!! I bought this computer for my daughter to do online school and she loved it!!

Slow and battery failed. Only works plugged in! To fix it has to be sent off for 3 to 4 weeks. Not worth it!

I am having difficulty adding software. The administrator settings from the factory need to be changed.

This is the best laptop I've ever purchased especially for that price as well.. The more expensive ones run no different than the less expensive ones.. And I brought with it a little pink mouse that is so adorable as well.. It's easy to use.. Thanks best buy and HP.

Very good little PC for amazing price for school. Works well, looks great, I really enjoy the speed, keyboard, and for the price it can't be beat.

It works but it doesn’t have much storage on it and it came with directions and told me it was touch screen but it’s not if you are looking for a gaming computer this is not it unless you buy more storage for almost a 100 dollar or get a hard drive for your computer even the extra stuff that comes with it is not free it asks for you to pay for it on the computer

I bought this PC for my son to use for his homework and it has given him an excellent unique experience.

It’s a good laptop. Very well for usage of school and/or business.

The computer is extremely slow. I can’t get work done at all and I just got it. I was really excited to buy this computer as it would be my own and I got it at a decent price but I’m highly dissatisfied. I needed the computer for school next year and now I can’t even use it because it doesn’t work properly. Sometimes it doesn’t turn on, it doesn’t open apps when I press on them or it will completely close me out of the app as I’m trying to work on school work.
