It’s good for the price you pay. You’ll get the most out of it if you take it out of S mode. Unfortunately you can’t go back once you’re out of it but for a laptop under $250, you can’t go wrong.

This lap top is plain and simple. It’s all I need. I love that it’s so lightweight.

Bought this as a gift (for elder person) and she wasn’t very pleased with it. Ended up having to return it for another HP product. I would not say the product was bad, it was just not compatible with its intended user.

Works great! I have no complaints about it. It is very light so habdle with care. Easy to use.

1st one purchased 7/30 worked giod, but when i picked it up while in use, screen would scroll, vidios would fast forward, pages would change. Exchanged it for another one. The replacement slows down and comes to a grinding halt after about 5 minutes of use. I had an older version of this laptop that was about 3 years old. It always worked great, untill ot got filled with water. HP, you better step up your game!

I love the size and view of the laptop. Setting the laptop up to my preferences was smooth and easy.
