Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Numerous problems too many to list in the 6-7 weeks oF ownership--Not hyperbole Locked up often This past week the screen cracked on its own as i was looking at a document -wasnt even touching it--Surreal Owned laptops since 1998, over 30 about 25 HPs-my first laptop purchase from Best Buy--THIS IS THE WORST- Was an HP brand loyalist, Now i am thinking i never will again i dont recall being this frustrated about a purchase this early, It started right as the 2 week grace period came to a close, Lots of thoughts about planned obsolescence and inferior components DO NOT BUY
