express my disappointment with the HP - 14 Laptop that I recently purchased. I have to say, I am not entirely satisfied with my purchase. I understand that this laptop is on the more affordable end of the spectrum, and as the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for." However, I expected a bit more from a brand like HP. The laptop's performance has been subpar, with slow processing speeds and frequent crashes. The battery life is also not as long-lasting as I had hoped. I have always been a fan of HP products, but this experience has left me feeling disappointed. I was hoping for a reliable and efficient laptop, but unfortunately, that is not what I received.

I purchased this laptop for a school emergency since my macbook was undergoing maintenence. Upon starting it up, it was taking very long to load. Once it was set up, it continued to be slow. When I tried to use google, it kept on taking forever to load and ended up not responding which caused it to freeze. Could not choose any apps because everything would have a delayed response. Not sure if i got a bad laptop but I would give it 0 stars if i could. I will definetly be returning.

I've had it a year now, I use all the apps through One Drive and store on One Drive/Google Drive and keep it clean and updated as much as possible by moving everything to USB. It can do anything a tower can do and Zoom too

My husband decided to go back to college online. I wanted to let him know that I supported him so I purchased this laptop to help him succeed. He was very surprise. He is enjoying the laptop. He uses for Los new business also.

So I end up returning this laptop only because it was not supporting what I needed. I was told this laptop is great for students. I’m not for the software that I need it, so I love the laptop just need something that supported a little bit more.
