Computer seems to run quite slow. It’s easy for it to get bogged down with not a lot of screens open. Slightly disappointing but not totally unexpected.

I love this laptop.. it’s my second one I bought ( it’s so economical I gave a family member my other one)

It was not explained that this laptop comes in “S” mode. Or if it was I didn’t understand since I don’t know what “S” mode is. Was going to return it to store because I could not download any of my previously purchased apps. Kept getting a message that they were not “Microsoft approved “. The technician at the store knew immediately what the issue was and turned off “S” mode. Now I am happy with this laptop but initially I was very frustrated.

I feel it is slow but it could just be my Internet. I like the size of it. It's easy to handle.

Not sure if this is the norm or if I’m just unlucky but the keyboard is absolutely terrible. The keys stick and occasionally caps lock randomly gets stuck ‘on’ and the only way to turn it off is to restart the laptop. I use this computer for my corporate job where I am required to do a lot of screen sharing via zoom. Nothing is quite as embarrassing as going to type on a live meeting and having a key stick. Example: “meeting minutesssssssssssssssssssssssssss”. Mind you, this computer is only a few months old, used strictly for work, and this has been a problem fr the very beginning. I guess maybe it’s my fault for buying a cheaper computer but I thought the bare minimum functions would work. Also, when you pick up this laptop to carry it into another room (ya know, a key function of a laptop) the click pad randomly clicks on things when touched from underneath the laptop. Again, maybe I just got unlucky but a laptop that won’t reliably type or click is basically garbage.

Great little laptop for the price. Just use it for surfing the web, watching videos and checking email.
