I bought this computer for my son. He loves it. It was easy to set up and use.

I’ve never struggled this much with an HP product. I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. It takes forever to load and when it goes to a new site you have to click “wait” on a “this page is not responding, wait or close” error message a couple of times before the page will load. This doesn’t happen every time but enough for it to be a problem. And this is after making sure any updates were completed.

I only gave it a 4 star review because you automatically lose half of the storage between the OS and apps (if you choose to use the office products). That was a little disappointing. Other than that I love this little laptop. It has very good performance. It's not a gaming machine and I mainly purchased it to install software for my Amatuer radios and Scanners. No manufacturer makes that kind of software for a MAC unless you want to purchase the Win OS and install a partition on the MAC. I did that years ago to install WIN XP. The Win 11 OS costs more than this PC. For me its a great value and meets my needs.

It came in handy when my laptop was having repairs

I bought three of these for my niece's and nephew. Two were faulty and the other one my oldest niece says it is working great.

Laptop was slow and return procedure was super slow, but I am happy that finally I got full refunds.

This PC feels a little slower than it should be, considering that there's no heavy software installed (not even Office). Probably the processor is not the best. Good cost-benefit though

Very quiet washing machine. Does a great job spinning clothes. I switched from a front loading machine and wasn’t sure I’d like the top loader. I’m pleased with this machine.
