Broke less than a month after purchase.

I took it to two places to get it fixed. The first said the motherboard was fried and the second said it would be $300 to replace the motherboard because there was corrosion. I refused to pay $300 to fix a $200 laptop so I ended up buying a new one from a different brand. Unfortunately Best Buy has a very short return period, so I’m stuck with this computer carcass.

It comes with so much pre-installed bloatware. Would not recommend if you want to do things quickly. It's good for Microsoft Office/household management, but not much else.
