My lap top is working great. Speed, display, and picture quality is sharp. This was a great buy.

Laptop is fairly easy to set up, is perfect screen with that my daughter needs for college, and as the perfect weight as well to carry between classes.

150.00 laptop, just needed for data entry, very light web surfing. Failed to see WI-FI network. We all have delusions of grandeur, sometimes.

This overall laptop itself looks good but lacks everything the more expensive models have. I recently broke my laptop I have had since 2017 and decided to get this. once I got it and setup it could not load anything with more than 4 pages open. On top of that the mouse button on the laptop got stuck down within 48 hours of owning. Other than those two issues I still believe it is a good computer for kids/teens for schoolwork, as I had no trouble typing a paper. I ended up returning it to get an Acer Chromebook the brand of laptop I owned in the past.

This is a great little laptop. I only use it to browse the web. It is the perfect size and much lighter than my old one. It is also much faster. Also, very impressed with Best Buy's shipping. It came in 2 days!

Horrible laptop, slow since the beginning and have only had for 8 months. Work use only (downloading resumes, looking at Indeed/LI, excel files, etc). No gaming, streaming, downloading apps. It shuts down tabs every so often, will restart out of the blue and puts me into a rage! I wouldn't even recommend for a grade schooler!

I'm not going to write a review just to get a gift card, (but it would be greatly appreciated) I got this laptop for a Black Friday sale (2023). It has been slow the entire time I got it. It's not the internet, because I have high-speed internet. I would like to return it but I fear that I will not be allowed based on how long it has been since the purchase date.

I needed a new laptop for school so i bought this one. It was pretty slow. For the price you cannot complain, but I would recommend it for a child or teen!

I love the color and it starts up really quick. Setting it up for the first time for use was very easy to do.My 13 year-old son love this as a gift for his birthday.

While I was hesitant to purchase an open box product at first...it arrived in great condition, promptly with no issues and works absolutely fine.

Very reliable and very quick laptop for basic needs.

It's pretty slow but for what my wife uses it for, it's fine.

Good computer for students needing a cheap laptop. Can load very slow sometimes and will have to be restarted or updated frequently but well worth the $200 bucks !!!!
