I have another one of these that I bought two years prior that works quickly with no issues, I don’t know what they changed on this new one, but it’s super slow and takes forever to load a page with constant error messages, probably due to all the 100 junk apps they include on it that you didn’t even ask for. Sad that we can’t even make our own choices in what we do with a laptop and what we have on it. Stay away from HP. Another laptop that I purchased right before this one just kept turning off on its own for no reason, also an HP.

I find it to be a very good and lasting brand and I have no issues with the purchase. I will continue to make my purchases from Best Buy they are quick and efficient.

This computer is horrible. It’s runs very slow. It is not functional at all.

I needed a disc drive but this didn't have one. Other than that it's a good laptop.

I love hp so I purchase one for my granddaughter who's leaving for college soon. I just a good product and their customer servie is great.

If I could give this computer a Zero I would. I has the worst experience with this computer. I turned it on, set it up, and the next day it began clitching with no avail to turn back on. Returned it the next day. But I alo bought nother one and that one kept reading website not available, wait or exit. Not a good computer. The processor is extremely slow.

This computer was an upgrade for my daughter for school. It is much better than what she had before, with more storage and faster speed. She loves it!

Works perfectly fine. Perfect for the price. I do mostly school work on it and have had no troubles at all. Fantastic! Not to mention the rose gold is pretty :)

I was worried that for a cheap laptop it was going to be slow or breakdown but it has been reliable and has worked with completing school work and homework. Very satisfied with purchase.

I bought this laptop for school and it’s honestly an amazing laptop perfect for school I hate the color but blue is all they had other than that 10/10

all seems well with download but system did not down load Centurylink email account; will try set up a time for you to possibly check this

Works great for school work. There is no lag when operating Microsoft Office with multiple tabs open. I highly recommend.

This was a great buy for my parents as they do not need much other than checking mail and doing some bulls and whatnot. Definitely a good sale price and worth the money.

I just needed a basic computer to run spread sheets and do our farm inventory on. This works perfect for that. It will play youtube videos and allow be to do research as well.

So far, I am very happy with this economy priced laptop. I’m leaving a review because I depended on the reviews before I purchased. I love the white color! I love the way the keys punch on this laptop!! So far…no complaints!
