The computer is easy to use and very fast, I purchased the computer as a gift for a nephew and after helping him set up his Microsoft account he loves it.

This computer was a cheap greatly priced laptop for what I had to do with it but honestly I wish it would’ve had a little bit faster firmware I’ll always be a Best Buy customer though

If you need this for work, probably not a fast enough laptop. Considered fast in 1996. Just saying.

I got this item was referral by a friend said this was on sale at Best buy. Luckily I got one. The product was well worth with the money that I spend on it. Great Laptop.

This laptop looks nice but it’s pretty much useless. I was trying to get my Remote Desktop set up to work from home (for a mid size law firm) & the IT professional could not even remote in to this laptop to install VPN because there’s not enough power to even allow that. I was told it’s basically just for web browsing . I purchased because there were so many good reviews but turns out , it will not work for me at all. I’d recommend checking with IT first to make sure a laptop will be acceptable to work from home . Also, I’m not a computer guru by any means.

Good for the price! Doing my school work on this laptop and it has been great so far. Beautiful color as well, it gets the job done.

So far, I am very happy with this laptop. I just needed a simple one for light word processing and simple internet searching.

I like my laptop. It's lightweight which makes it easier to move around. Its faster than my old one and the clarity of the screen is excellent. However, in 2 months it has died on me twice. Black screen that just keeps blinking.
