If I have two windows open and one is streaming, you have to close the non-streaming window. It has been slow from day 1 and at times it freezes, Geek squad guy wouldn't look at it. He said they're junk and there was nothing he could do. You shouldn't be selling this junk even if it only cost $200.00. It's my fault for buying it and I should have returned it in time to get my money back. Hey Best Buy, never again.
