Lasted Less Than 24 Hours...

I bought this for my oldest to do school work on, we picked it up 4/18 at around 11am, brought it home, set it up and it was slower but it worked. She did probably 5 hours of school work, put it away in the laptop sleeve and was done for the day. Fast forward to today 4/19 around 9am and it won't start. Its plugged in, the light on the left side is flashing like it wants to do something when you press power but that's it. It doesn't start, doesn't make any noise like its about to start, nothing. It would've been the perfect laptop for what she needed it for. UGH! Now I have to waste part of our day today getting it returned and either grabbing this same one (which at this point I really don't want to do, knowing my luck the replacement would stop working the day after the return window closes) or trying to find something else that doesn't break the bank. Very frustrating for this homeschooling momma!
