HP 14" Laptop: Sleek Design, Efficient Performance.

It's a nice computer. If you've got a kid/preteen who needs their own personal computer or a parent/grandparent that is bad with technology, this is a great starter machine. However, if you plan on actually doing work on it, get something else. This computer is slow when you have multiple apps open, it runs hard when you try to send an email, and it takes forever to troubleshoot issues. Its functional and can work for someone doing little to nothing on it.

Works for what i need and easy for carrying around

My boy loves it and he's had it for over 2 years, i recommend this PC for any beginne. The staff was very helpful especially when i had a budget for my son.

I enjoy that this HP is lightweight and can hold a longer battery life than most laptops I have owned. overall this laptop is great for my online school work for college. I picked the color Rose Gold because it not only matches my earbuds but also matches my feminine style.

Works well. Sleek.. lighweight.. comes equipped with the basics.

For our purposes this laptop is perfect! We only needed it to review pictures from game cameras. This laptop performs that function very well!

Everything I purchase at best buy has been excellent. I have never had issues. I have taken old computers to them and they have fix them to new. My new laptop is top notch. I love that I can move anywhere and conduct business. Thanks best buy your the best!

Great value for what my daughter wanted it for. She did have to get external memory in order to load the Soms and the expansions.

Small hard drive, storage is a constant problem. Processor speed acceptable; screen size good, clear images, works well with internet. Some HP apps stopped working, like support assist.

Great laptop. Sort of slow but if you have the time it works great. If you are always in a rush dont buy this. Buy one with better spcs.

This is a great laptop for everyday use. Easy to use. I would recommend this laptop for adults and students. Great price for a a everyday laptop for anyone who is on a budget.

Serves the purpose for school needs. I Wish common used software was included with purchase (ie Adobe Acrobat).

This laptop is not good for very much. It reminds me of a low-powered pc you could buy in the late 80s or early 90s. This thing is slow as molasses. It's my fault for buying it knowing better but buying it anyways. To give an idea of how slow this thing is. I reinstalled Windows to get all the crap HP loads n to computers and it took 3 hr's to do a clean install of Windows. When I open Chrome if I have more than 1 tab open it slows the computer down so much that it's unusable. You can watch videos but get ready to wait for your video app to open. My main computer is working again and this HP is going into the closet. I'm not even going to give this laptop away because in this day and age this laptop is useless you can't run a PC nowadays that is no more powerful than a 2000model 500mhz Pentium CPU and expect it to run modern apps, it's not going to happen. A simple webpage can bring this laptop down. So in closing, I would not recommend this laptop to anyone you will almost immediately regret it

Fast, works well - does exactly what I need it do - based on the price point. More HD space would be good, though - otherwise, you really can't ask for more from this Laptop.
