This HP laptop comes with Microsoft Office 365 so I was able to cancel my $99.99 annual Microsoft subscription! This laptop is white. I think it looks nice on my desk at home. My only complaint is that launching the browser seems to take too long.

Food computer fo the price. I was able to do all my college courses and had plenty of storage for all saved assignments.

terrible laptop. within first month i had to have it sent out to have the screen repaired because it went black and would flash white randomly. I have had nothing but problems with this laptop. when I asked to get a refund so i could purchase a new laptop, they told me I was a week over the return policy, and when the manager was asked if they could override it and return my money, they said no that they couldn't do anything about it. I have had problem after problem with this laptop I can't open apps I installed even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it freezes, glitches, and crashes unexpectedly. wish I could go back and not ever buy this laptop.

Listen, I'll be honest, I'm not the most tech savvy when it comes to the specs of electronic gadgets.. But for the price point, this is perfect and all I needed for the basics & for on the go.. (checking emails, studying, catching up on shows). Keep in mind the size is probably best for smaller people (probably not suitable for big hands) Only saying that because at times I feel it's almost to small for me, and I'm very average sized...but still it works for me so it's perfect. I love the rose gold color too, very much suites my personality :) I am overall very pleased with my purchase.

After receiving this laptop, I have notice that it has Great battery life ⋅ Impressive connectivity ⋅ Touchscreen and you can also Flip it if you want a tablet is great on the go for traveling. It is not slow at all After much time has past, I am still loving this computer. It looks nice, works well, and the speed is fine for what I use it for....web surfing, youtube/netflix watching, homework etc.

I caught this gem on sale and it has been amazing! It is light weight and perfect size to transport, the display and speed is better than expected You can also do a split screen which is amazing for me as I use my laptop for school. Would highly recommend!

I needed a laptop for my school and searched for days. Then I started searching at Best Buy. I found the perfect one. It works well as it is a refurbished one.

Nice. Easy. Light. Needs to come in more colors. Needs more information and instruction on how to set up, and operate.

This is an excellent laptop for the price. It doesn't have a lot of memory, but for what we are using it for it works great. I actually bought two because we liked them so much.

Good for the price. Runs a little slower than other computers. Videos and pictures are a bit pixelated and blurry; not as clear as a MacBook. But decent for the price. Relatively easy to navigate. Works better once all updates have been completed. Has all the basic essentials.
