I bought this laptop for my 16 year old niece and she loves it. It runs pretty fast and was easy to set up. For the price, you can't beat it.

Works as intended. I purchased this computer for online classes and it works great. Didnt need anything fancy and this does everything i meed it to.

Works good for general purposes like youtube, internet, office and regular software.

Solid laptop for non high demanding computer work.

This was a needed purchase as my old laptop had crumbled. I like the lightweight design and color. I also like the feel of the keyboard and that it came with free word subscription. However, the processor is slow at times and I'd rather have another search engine other than ms edge.

Fast, efficient and reliable. It has done well running my zoom courses and it hasn't failed when it comes to streaming

Quality on a budget. It's my favorite laptop to use for work. Good ergonomics and overall intuitive design.

I was able to find the information i needed about me account within moments of logging in. Also easy to find products and whether they are in stock nearby.

Needed for emergency when didn’t have the funds. Machine looks nice; especially in blue. Performance is lackluster and runs slow even with super fast connection. Wouldn’t buy again or recommend. Saving up to replace with something better. Disappointed.

Computer works great for daily tasks! It will get done what the average person requires.

Great basic laptop but not so good for downloading additional apps

It's a great laptop to have smooth easy & very light & not a type of person that uses my laptop alot just for certain things that I am looking for but I am glad that I made this choice with HP awesome!
