I accidentally cracked my laptop which was an HP Laptop as well. I was nervous about purchasing this one because I was so familiar with the old one. First of all, the rose gold color is a really nice touch and adds a premium look and feel to the device. I also purchased the matching mouse, which completes the look. One of the most important features of the laptop is its battery life, I've found that the power source lasts much longer than my old laptop and the speed of it is awesome. This is definitely a significant improvement and makes the laptop much more convenient to use on the go.

Its a good computer but having windows s to start makes it impossible to download anything. You have to switch out of s mode but ince you do that tou can never go back.

I bought this laptop as an additional laptop to my VA business. I absolutely love it! Fits perfectly in my work bag! I try not to use the hard drive space, to keep it from lagging, so I use my external hard drive for all files, documents, etc. also went in and uninstalled apps that I knew I wouldn't utilize that would help free up more space. It's great for the price!

I purchased this for my daughter whose a Charge Nurse. She needed a reliable laptop for travel and for home. Easy to use and is exactly what she needed.

Bought for my wife every day use. Does her Cricut designs and works fast connects to the Cricut wirelessly. Good overall performance will definitely recommend.

This should be labled as a chromebook. The preformance is lacking and ram gets fully ulitzed (100%) with simple apps like outlook. For under $200( got it on sale) you get what you pay for.

This laptop meets my needs for Zoom meetings and minimal storage requirements.

Light weight, screen size and colors are great. Programs included are all i need for work...easy breezy with this laptop.

Adequate for most daily tasks with no issues. I would recommend.

This is a really good quality laptop. The only complaint i have about it is the print on the keys is too thin and it is hard to see some of the print in less than perfect lighting.

I enjoy the HP 14" laptop. It is compact and easy to travel with and does everything I need it to do. I even bought 1 for work. Very good and very inexpensive.

Slow laptop dont buy this laptop its slower Its too cheap

For the price, this is a great laptop. The speed is decent and it's nice and lightweight. My son does some gaming on it, but nothing too graphic, so it does the trick!

It works better than i thought it would for a clearance item. It was a great investment
