Reviews were great so I purchased this. Had it for 2 weeks. Used it once to set up and second time I used it for school work. The second use I had the web open with 3 tabs and Microsoft word and it glitched several times and froze. Turned it off for the night and next day tried it and it would freeze trying to open the web and word. Went in to exchange for it and waiting for it to arrive. The geek squad had to help reset the old one because it was frozen and said that I was doing to much at one time for this laptop(a web browser and word i don’t think is much) and that even if i do what it can handle that with these ones that in 5 months it’ll likely give out and I’d have to buy a new one. I hoping with the new one that comes in I can make use of it.

This was a laptop that I got in exchange of a chromebook and I am so happy with it. It is perfect for my needs as a college student who needs something light to carry around but that works just as efficiently as any other laptop. I also love the color.

First of all, I love to go to Best Buy. You find anything that you need electronica wise. The computer is perfect. That’s all I need.

I'm thrilled with my new HP Laptop! It's clear, compact and so easy to use. It comes with Windows and a special app from HP that's answered every question I've had about setting up and using the laptop. I highly recommend the HP-14" Laptopo-Intel Celeron!!!

This was EXACTLY what I was looking for! As an individual therapist working with kids with special needs ages 3-5, I needed a simple to figure out, no none sense lap top that I could use anywhere. This is easy to carry and I like how it can be put inside my daily bag.

take it out of "S" mode then you will have a good working laptop!!!!

Perfect starter laptop for a teen to use for school work.

Though. This is an open box item, it appears bran new and everything was intact, so far the has been no know issues, will give an later update

This laptop is awesome it was on sale had to buy the processor is fast it is easy to set-up the personal setup is easy just follow each prompt along the way i took my time to program the oc correctly you can always call ir chat with geek squad.

Great laptop Great for a first laptop

The HP 14 laptop has been working flawlessly since we bought it a month ago. Love it.

Overall this laptop was worth the money for what i intended to use it for. It serves as a back up for when the kids need a extra laptop.

Seems to be a pretty good computer for the price. I’m not keen about the mat finish I like shiny it’s also got last memory but the price is great
