Love this laptop. My last laptop i got in 2013 boy things have changed. I like everything about thos this laptop.

This is compact like my old chrome book, yet has more versatility as a usual laptop. Setting up was extremely easy, and I retained all my prior sites and connections. The AI remembers my daily desired connections, and provides them instantly. Perfect for my needs.

I just love my new laptop. its so efficient for my new classes that I'm taking for criminal justice. I had such a pleasant experience at best buy in Downey that next time I'm looking for something electronic I'll go there. the service was impeccable. thumbs up from me.

The viewing angle leaves a lot to be desired. I am guessing the store display was *just right* so I missed that when I was initially considering all the available options. It boots quickly, though I hate all the bloatware they keep putting on these things. I loathe Edge and installed Chrome and it is FOREVER defaulting back to Edge. There is also an issue with documents being saved as Edge web pages. I can tell it to save as a PDF and it still does it. Every time I open the document, it opens a ridiculous page on Edge. It's really annoying, but also a potential security risk. When I select a local save, I expect that. I do not want a webpage being launched when I pull up people's private information. I have searched for fixes and tried them all but my specific laptop goes right back to that every few days. If it's a glitch, it's a highly problematic one. If it's by design, it's even more terrible. Stop trying to force One Drive and Edge! Aside from that, it does what I need, which is basic office stuff for a small business. For the price, it's good. I wish I could just skip the headache of Edge and One Drive every time I need to save/open something, and see the screen better from more than one angle. It also is very fragile. It managed to pop the screen out, in my bag, without impact. I popped it back in, but that's pretty shoddy craftsmanship.

I bought under 200 with free mouse for school. Works well for school work. No touch screen and keys do not light up. Somes time slow. I added sd card for more memory.

Perfect size to carry around for work and for school. HP has done it again. This laptop is not too big but not too small. It’s capable to hold a bunch of documents, photos, videos, and schoolwork on top of emails and cloud systems Microsoft 365 and such.

Pretty slow at basic applications wouldn’t recommend if ur doing anything but typing or printing out stuff schoolwork etc the screen is nice and the battery last pretty long but not much power at all

Works great and has a good battery life. Able to do a lot of schoolwork and still watch videos on YouTube in hd.

Nice color delivered on time didn’t have it in the store and I had it within two days got emails on how to help me and asked was everything okay sales person was knowledgeable and helpful and got me to buy more stuff.
