    I needed a new laptop and I seen this one on Best Buy's website. I did not want to spend a lot so I purchased an open box. That was taking a risk but laptop I received was like new and undamaged. After I installed the upgraded RAM (8 GB) this laptop is very good. You just have to take it out of S mode and uninstall all of the bloatware.

    This is the worst laptop I’ve ever owned. It’s painfully slow, crashes constantly, and barely functions for basic tasks. I expected better from HP, but apparently, they don’t care about the quality of their products or their customers. To make matters worse, Best Buy has been no help at all. Both HP and Best Buy keep passing the buck, leaving me stuck with this piece of junk. Save yourself the frustration and buy literally anything else. This laptop isn’t worth the stress, time, or money. Total disaster.
