First acquired via website another PC that did not perform adequately so we brought it to Geek Squad. Agent explained why and helped us get this PC - so much better!!!

This laptop works great! Easy setup! It has a HDMI port so we can connect it to a TV for Zoom meetings. We had to turn off s mode for zoom, but it wasn't hard to do.

I bought this as a present for my wife starting nursing school. It has been the perfect laptop for what she needs it for. Especially for the price, you can’t beat it

could use more disc space...But for the price ...excellent and you can get an SD card cheap for lots of extra memory

Amazing I was looking for a touch laptop and this laptop has everything I need.

I little slow but works for me as students do the job.

Laptop was what I was expecting and you get what you pay for in terms of the specs that this one has. Would recommend to someone who doesn’t need a laptop for too many crazy things.

This laptop is very slow, and has low space. Google or any other search engines randomly shut down. I am very disappointed. Please save yourself and don’t buy this, I am a low income student who was in need of a laptop. But if you have enough money, save yourself and buy something more pricey for a better quality laptop. I wish I didn’t have to use this, but for now I have to use a slow, lagging, and unreliable laptop until I can afford a Mac or high quality.

This was available online, and I was able to pick it up in my preferred store within an hour of purchase. Everything went very smoothly and it was a great deal!

Great computer for Young adults. It is of good quality and very attractive looking. It works great for what it is made for.

working with the hp laptop 14 was easy but you could not download old programs on it unless you get rid of the S mode the system comes with and you cannot get in the S mode after you do that. Everything else is great about the lap top.

Good purchase. Everything I needed without breaking the bank. I’m glad that I can depend on this spot for affordable options when I’m on the hunt for new technology!

This laptop works amazingly! It was a well needed upgrade to my 13 year old laptop, and I'm able to have something that is much lighter and easier to transport when doing work away from home.

I bought this for my mother and she does everything on it. She has no complaints. She’s been using it for her schoolwork going back to school.

Not bad for the money, slower then Id like but it will work for my daughter for the time being. She doesn't care she was just thrilled to have her own and its "pink" :)

The computer is great. Speed is what we need, light and durable.
