Great laptop! Gets the job done, great price. Was nervous at first due to the price but this laptop has been nothing but amazing!!

Bought this laptop for my mother on a Christmas deal. It does exactly what she needs it to do.

1st one purchased 7/30 worked giod, but when i picked it up while in use, screen would scroll, vidios would fast forward, pages would change. Exchanged it for another one. The replacement slows down and comes to a grinding halt after about 5 minutes of use. I had an older version of this laptop that was about 3 years old. It always worked great, untill ot got filled with water. HP, you better step up your game!

It’s decent, kind of slow for what I’m using it for (work and school) so don’t know that I would recommend

I personally, wouldn't recommend this computer. I purchased it for a gift and was informed that it was super slow. And it's brand new! I bought it originally for the color because that's what my family member requested who only intended to use if for things life email and searching the web, but even that seems to be too much for this computer. I am a fan of HP and will now have to look at some other options because this is just not it.

Its a basic laptop. Theres not much to it, but no issues and does what us needed. I also bought a Lenovo in the same price range and just like it better.

This lap top is plain and simple. It’s all I need. I love that it’s so lightweight.

Nice computer. Compact, great options and works smoothly. The only negative would be the keyboard buttons which are cheap plastic.

Got it as a gift for my sister. No issues thus far. Hasn't explored all the features yet, but the ones she uses works well. She got it for work/study. She found it much easier than the chromebook.

You get what you pay for. Well built and battery lasts longer than I expected. I’m really enjoying it so far

The Laptop is good, but not outstanding. The fact that it had a version of operating system that limited my ability to download software was not evident. The box needs to state that is bigger lettering.

Very easy usable laptop for my son’s school. It has all he needs for college. Very glad we purchased this at a great price.

pages continue to freeze and not respond frequently...I'm unable to download the 'free' anti-virus included in the price. can't use FB messenger suddenly and unable to find a fix.... otherwise, it's worth what I paid.

I always buy my electronics at Best Buy. I am very happy with my laptop. It works great!!
