My laptop hp is perfect for my Apple Music storing my pictures and I use it for my art work it perfect and I have no issues with it at all I use a wireless mouse and key board I hook it up to the big screen smart tv very happy with my purchase

Slowwww…I asked at time of purchase about speed and was told this laptop would be fine as long as I didn’t have 10+ tabs open. It’s not fine…even with a single tab open. And 14 day return policy….seriously BestBuy !?!

If you go ahead and restrict some pre-installed Windows 11 features, like malware scan, the computer runs fast enough. It only has 64 GB but I personally find this great for just studying and saving my notes; you could just get a USB drive for more storage. The blue looks really good too. This is the best laptop for its price range.

Computer runs smooth and is very efficient for work. The tablet mode makes it very useful for different work styles. Overall this computer is a very good choice if you're looking for a computer to do any type work or just for school!

Initial set up to use the computer took like 45 mins. After set up, I tried to open Bing to download Firefox but it took another 30 mins just to open the Firefox website to get to the download and to download the installer. So excruciatingly slow. You really get what you pay for.

This laptop works great for homeschool, which is why I bought it. My son and I use one each for logging into the homeschool curriculum. It loads quick and has all the requirements that I needed.

It's alright for doing school work on. Starts to go bad over time and now you have to deal with a slow laptop while working. Not too bad, but far from the best.

The Microsoft office came included as promised. The first one I got was rose gold. It never worked or stayed powered on, went for an exchange they didn’t have any rose gold left settled for white. So far so good!!
