Great for school work and newbies…it’s truly a bang for ur buck and the white color looks good on the laptop good speed as well…if I was a first time buyer on laptops, in school or have a business this will be a wonderful PC for u…I don’t really recommend playing high end games on it like Xbox GamePass but it gets the job done if needed

I just needed a smaller laptop for school that was affordable. Only downside is it’s a little slower, but you cannot beat the price! Especially for an HP!

Its not top of the line. I got it for my niece to do the homework her school laptop wouldnt let her. Its small and light. Exactly what she needed. Doesnt work right when it needs an update. Havent dealt with that on a laptop. But once its all updatded its back to normal. I think all the issues shes had with it has been user error. So I'd still rate it high

Great computer connects to wifi just fine , easy to set up , good for travel working and movies . Volume just fine .

Good for school light-weight can run some game perfect for class tho

It doesn't process at fast as I would like, but the battery life is amazing. Great product for a very reasonable price.

I love my laptop. Is fast, efficient, I love that it came with all of Microsoft office already installed. That is a big reason for me purchasing the laptop, along with the specs, and storage space. The only thing I don’t like so far is the app capability is limited. For example, I would prefer to use the zoom website but the computer is not compatible with the zoom app &/or software. Although the value is outstanding I think maybe a few changes to the software would be great to make the computer even more sufficient for the price. Especially for families struggling financially during difficult times in our society

I love this computer. I still use it every day. Adult freeze on me or nothing. I will recommend buying this.

Good notebook, good for everyday emailing and such. Do not try to use creative software!

Good Laptop little slow but awesome price if your looking for a laptop that’s not going to brake your wallet and get the job done this is it!

Handy and light, just like its price which is so light on one`s pocket. And yet, it works as good as my 3 older 15.6 and 17 inch laptops. This 14- inch, actually, is my repeat order which I shall give as a gift to my granddaughter. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Not sure if it’s the model or the fact that this was an open box item. Either way my keypad does not work and a lot of the keys do not work either. I do love how big the screen is and the look of the computer but those to issues are huge.battery life is amazing

If you just need a simple laptop at a low price this is a good option. No frills, a little slow, and limited memory but gets the job done.

So far this has been a great little laptop. We use it for Emergency Communication. When shopping for this computer we had specific criteria for our needs and budget. It had to be inexpensive and it had to be a full version of Windows. This model checks all the right boxes. It has its limitations on processing power and storage, but those features weren’t critical to our needs.

Great for what it is. Excellent battery life, super lightweight. Only thing is I wish it charged through Usb instead of proprietary charger.

Ive had this HP laptop for a while now, so far so good. I use this for internet searches, printing, and some school work, nothing too technical. I would recommend if you are buying to use for the basics.

Gave this to my daughter in law for her birthday. She absolutely loves it.

PC works great. This was purchased for my Mother in Law and she is happy with the ease of working on the Laptop. Very easy setup. The only take away is that after setting up you have to take it out a the mode that comes by default and then you can download software outside of Microsoft. Besides that it’s not that bad.

This laptop has everything you want - except speed. I purchased it on sale for an incredibly low price, so I shouldn't complain. It's surprising svelte and lightweight. I use it with its HDMI port to display movies and TV shows on my smart TV, and it does the job well - no hiccups. The Windows version is one that only allows downloads from Microsoft Store. I did not explore whether that can be changed through settings or not.
