Laptop is a little slow but adequate for its purpose.

Bought this computer for my mom who just needed a laptop to use for online banking and word documents. This computer fit the bill. At a little less than $200 it accomplishes all her needed. It even came with a subscription to Microsoft 365 free fie one year.

Very satisfied extraordinary colour. Great price and affordable gift.

a little smaller than expected bht thats because I'm bad at dimensions. I got it for my grandma for her birthday because she had been needing a laptop and she loves it. says its the perfect size for her to use comfortably.

This is so light and handy! It comes equipped with loads of stuff already so I don't have to go through a bunch of hoops to get everything I need downloaded. Easy to use, plenty of extras, and inexpensive. What more could you ask?

I gifted this to my elderly father who has had basic experience with computers, and even less with laptops. He uses this more email, streaming videos, listening to music, and watch news snippets. He loves it! Having some time using our desktop PCs throughout the years, he understands a lot: it's the muscle memory he attains, and then he's off, zipping through this HP laptop. NO issues, other than my displeasure that it is Windows 11. PROS--> quick loading, very lightweight and portable, comes with charging cable, easy to use and set personal preferences. CONS: Windows 11 with their mandatory Edge browser.

I love this laptop only thing I would say is sometimes it moves slow but I think it’s because of many other things that I have on my wifi and my gmail is huge love the color also and to able to make my important tabs into apps

Good Laptop for school so far, Might upgrade the SSD to make it faster but its been great :D

Would have liked to self-upgrade to an 8G RAM modue, but alas its not an option on this laptop. The preloaded MS-Windows was intoreably slow, so promptly re-imaged it to Mint Linux destop version, which it runs like a champ!

Love the laptop, but very useful. I have no issues with them still working very convenient.

Dont do what i did and figure that for its price it would be “good enough” for games like skyrim, and all that. Its pretty, ill give it that, its got a nice feel to it. But when i turned it on i realized it had way too little space for just about any game. Luckily i also happened to but a micro sd card i was going to use for my switch- so i worked around and used it for my main storage. However maybe its just cause im used to computers having atleast 100 GB for the price of 200 something or whatever but yeah i was baffled at the space it was like 30 GB, and the updates to windows had already ate a huge chunk of it. Again dont be like me and take a a closer look at it before you buy it.

We bought this laptop for our 9 y.o. for Christmas. So far it has been great. We have only had it up and running for about a week now and we have not had any issues. We love hp computers and have ventured out to try other brands but always kick our selves for not going with hp.
