I've had this laptop for about 2 years and for the most part I had no complaints. But recently, it gets hot, lags a lot, and sometimes the screen turns black. It definitely can't handle anything crazy, but for general schoolwork and watching shows is all it's been able to do with minimal struggle.

A great laptop to use, I like its size and it’s easy to pack up when your on the go

The computer works well, it does go a little slow when you first set it up for a few days but it works very well after that. For the price, its a good computer. I just use it for work nothing else.

I bought this specifically for classwork/homework. I just needed a basic windows laptop and this was the best deal available. The screen quality is okay, it runs slow at times in certain rooms of my house but that’s probably just an internet problem, not a laptop problem, and for the most part, it’s been doing what I need it to do. It gets the job done and there’s no complaints aside from the image quality which isn’t a big deal since I only need it for homework.

I bought this lap top for my Granddaughter and she absolutely loves it i would recommend it for all and the price was great .... Thank you Best Buy for making my choice.

It’s pretty good for $200. The thing that upsets me though is that it already comes with so much storage taken. You also have to constantly stay up to date with updates or it’ll get slower.

Runs super fast super light weight I love it definitely would recommend this for anyone
