This is a GREAT laptop. Got a great deal as it was on sale. I used others reviews to decide. This laptop is fast, the speakers are fantastic! Lightweight. I got the Rosegold, and the matching wireless mouse. I can hook up with an hdmi to my Big screen. Navigates quickly. Everything loads quickly. I am thinking to get one for my family members. If your on the Fence?? JUMP and get this. Best HP laptop. My use: Movie Streaming/Music/Social medias/emails/online school (returning adult-grandma)

Love this little puter. Fantastic battery life and it weighs next to nothing, My only complaint would be that the pointer is not as smooth as I would like it to be.

You get what you pay for. Don’t purchase for anything more than the basics. I use it for cold storage of bitcoin. It’s glitchy at times and I have never even used the internet. But for the price you can’t go wrong.

Early on with purchase but so far the product is exactly as advertised. Bought it for school use and will be able to provide a better review in a few months but so far we really like the laptop.

I only use the laptop for Microsoft365 and it works great for that! The only problem I've noticed is that the computer seems to run a bit slow. Other than that, the computer is great!

My kids use this to play Minecraft and they love it.

Easy to use, user friendly. Solid battery. Great starter laptop. Fits in tote bag and light to carry.

this is a sorry excuse for a laptop. it's the SLOWEST thing in the planet and refuses to load anything under 4 minutes. I wait sometimes 10 minutes for a single task either it's opening up an app or closing or submitting an answer it's absolutely ridiculous.

For the money and the small task is very good, just a simple cheap laptop for look up and write down projects

Runs great, doesn't streak skme of the larger apps, but overall a fantastic machine for the proce.

This is a very nice little computer. I wanted something that I could use that would be easy to get going. Also I use my laptop very little and this fit the bill.

I feel I got a good deal on this laptop as I mainly only use it when we go on vacation. It is a minimal computer and does run a little slow. But it does work and we were able to use it in our hotel room to surf the internet and check on email. After we got back from our latest vacation, I did upgrade the RAM to 8GB but have not used it enough to see if that made any difference. Had to find a youtube video that showed how to do this which involved prying the case apart so it was a little scary.

Works great for the price! 4gb so not for huge programs but serves its purpose! I have Troy or connecting to my primary internet for some reason but no problem finding the hotspot so easy workaround
