I love hp product (laptop), even though the lifelong of the battery don't last. The cost of the laptop was an awesome deal. Getting help was kinda slow but the workers were friendly. Thanks Bestbuy

This laptop was just what my wife needed. She said that she didn't want anything too fancy, just something basic to do what little work she needs to do so she can stop taking mine. She loves it.

Does everything a big laptop would. Great fort travel.

It is really good for operating a few chrome or edge pages, but after about 3, it begins to lag. The graphics are nice, but it cannot run games like genshin or minecraft. I would say it is good for work or school, if you have a lot of writing assignments.

This bad boy got me through school and plenty of zooms. I was skeptical because of the reviews but gave this a chance . After I graduated I passed it down to my daughters to use for home school . It is still going strong

Okay laptop for the price. Had some issues with Windows and certain forms being cut off at the bottom so you couldn't click on things. Nice build but sort of flimsy. Excellent starter laptop for college or high School

I think it's really functional. It's a fine product! All I plan to do is write my dissertation. I don't need any bell and whistles.

Just wanted a laptop to browse the Internet, check emails and manage household finances. This thing can't handle the most basic of functions. When you type in office apps or email the text always populates on a three second delay. Opening a Word or PDF document takes about 30 seconds to a minute. And on boot up I get a "user profile could not be loaded" which requires rebooting two to three time to correct. Yes this is a budget priced computer and you shouldn't expect much, but this thing feels like a time trip back to 1998.
