I get a lot of pop ups and it’s slow even though I have high speed internet. I don’t like the set up. I can’t maneuver through without stall. I don’t get it. I use a computer at work everyday and this works nothing like that.

I caught this gem on sale and it has been amazing! It is light weight and perfect size to transport, the display and speed is better than expected You can also do a split screen which is amazing for me as I use my laptop for school. Would highly recommend!

Lightweight and easy to function!! Battery is great!

It is very slow and (my fault for thinking it was enough for a couple of games) the emmc storage drive is way too small for windows 11. Put in a few maintenance programs and now there is only 10gb left .Not sure if I can get one game in for my grandson to play with. HP should get slapped for even thinking of releasing a computer that is that bad.

You get what you pay for. The computer is super slow even after I deleted all the bloatware. I can't have more than one tab open at a time, absolutely cant run two programs at once, and zoom is spotty which I know it a PC problem because it works just fine on my Ipad and my boyfriends pc. I really just use it to write papers, so it's good enough for me, but if you want to run anything aside from microsoft word, look elsewhere.

I purchased this for my mother. She uses it a few times a week and loves it. It is simple to set up and easy to use

Pretty impressive for the price. This is not a workhorse but if you are just surfing the web and doing simple word processing it more than adequate.

Good little laptop. Purchased for my mother who is not tech savvy and she does great.

I use this laptop primarily for school work, and it works pretty well for just that. It runs pretty slow so you can't have multiple windows open at the same time, but its handy for when you want to get work done on the go.

It will do the job for the most minimal tasks, home computer. Not for work at all, the processor is too slow. This is a good lap top for what you pay for and for the minimal essential, pay bills, inbox check in etcc...

per other reviews I was a little skeptical but great computer for online classes and also let my daughter watch netflix on it .. easy too carry around and use 10/10

Problems in the beginning with freezing so I’m not sure how I feel about it. I am not 100% happy with the battery life. It’s o.k. so far I guess.

I really like this laptop for my daughter. She uses it for school and it hasn’t gave us any problems. We love hp items, they don’t disappoint..

terrible laptop. within first month i had to have it sent out to have the screen repaired because it went black and would flash white randomly. I have had nothing but problems with this laptop. when I asked to get a refund so i could purchase a new laptop, they told me I was a week over the return policy, and when the manager was asked if they could override it and return my money, they said no that they couldn't do anything about it. I have had problem after problem with this laptop I can't open apps I installed even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it freezes, glitches, and crashes unexpectedly. wish I could go back and not ever buy this laptop.
