I'm 62 years old and don't use the computer for any specific reason. But I'm happy with my purchase for what I paid.it's not the most speedy computer so if you need it to work from home it wouldn't be the best choice. However for a student it would work fine.

Bought as a gift for an elderly person. It's simple to use and can do everything they want it to do. It makes them very happy, so it is well worth the price.

The HP 14" laptop is compact and light weight and very portable with its good battery life. The 14" screen is large enough to do detailed spreadsheets and watch streaming videos. I'm still trying to get comfortable with using Windows 11, but so far this has been a very good laptop that meets my needs.

Laptop was what I was expecting and you get what you pay for in terms of the specs that this one has. Would recommend to someone who doesn’t need a laptop for too many crazy things.

Great laptop for a great price, I use it for work at time and it really comes in handy.

This by far one of the best purchases I've made at Best buy. It really works better than I expected. I will definitely recommend this for students and for home use.

It a good computer it does take a little to turn on and to reload after putting it in sleep mode.

For the price it does what it’s supposed to do. Just surf the web. No complaints.

Hi so I am currently enjoying my computer I am able to complete many tasks . This laptop is very easy to use set up was done in under 5 minutes . I love to shop only at Best Buy for all appliances and electronics. Great customer service always .

I little slow but works for me as students do the job.

This laptop is very slow, and has low space. Google or any other search engines randomly shut down. I am very disappointed. Please save yourself and don’t buy this, I am a low income student who was in need of a laptop. But if you have enough money, save yourself and buy something more pricey for a better quality laptop. I wish I didn’t have to use this, but for now I have to use a slow, lagging, and unreliable laptop until I can afford a Mac or high quality.

could use more disc space...But for the price ...excellent and you can get an SD card cheap for lots of extra memory
