I love the labtop. It has plenty space for what I needed it for. It’s compatible for a work from home job. Has a camera & it doesn’t run slow at all! I’m satisfied.

For a slightly used laptop. Looked new and works wonderfully. I’ve had it for almost a year now and I still use and love it.

I love this laptop! Definitely would recommend! I’m not very tech savvy and wanted something simple and this does the trick. I just wanted one to watch movies on and do homework and this works perfectly. Love the quality and runs smooth!

The cheapest laptop available doesn't have the speed of more expensive computers, but it meets my needs - and the camera & screen image is better than my other laptops.

Overall a good computer. I bought it mainly to use with cricut design space. It works but is a little slow.

Not impressive. Works slowly. Not enough memory. Not useful for much of anything except watching YouTube

I love it! I’m not really tech savvy but it does what I need it to do. The graphics are amazing, the color is my favorite color and it has the operating system that I need. It definitely is a worthwhile investment and I couldn’t beat the price!

I purchased the laptop as a gift for my 10 year old. I bought it as an open box item and saved around $90. Cosmetically the laptop is flawless; however operationally it is extremely slow. But for $110 Im not surprised, it does the job though. I had no issues with the packaging and it arrived on time before Christmas. I would definitely make another purchase with Best Buy and to save some money I would buy an open box item.

Love it for the price! Although within the second week of usage the screen kept turning black and would slowly come to. After an update haven't had an issue. Looks sleek.

Just started college on a budget of course. Stylish fast and efficient lab top for the price! You can plays games as well, battery is strong. I recommend it. I bought two one for myself and one for my wife. I’ll be buying another for my son!!

Desperately needed a laptop but this hurt me beyond belief. Buyer beware! So it worked for about a week. Then it blacked out and fried my USB stick. This laptop ruined my semester at school (failed) and my USB data saver that had 2years of my bachelor's degree on, including expensive books, it's all gone. Yes I tried to return it to Best buy but they refused to take it back even though it was within the 14day policy. Said it appeared to have a "film" over the screen. That's how I bought it! Aside from the issues, it would constantly kick me off WiFi and it was so slow I couldn't connect to any websites. This was my first time purchasing HP (besides printers) and I will never buy their products again. I am ashamed for being ripped off so easily!

Its working well for me, Thin ,lite compact. I still of course need to get my things onto it from old computer but I believe it should be a good tool for what I need. Excellent price for it, lots of gigs only possible deal is NO cdrom but the SD card slot will be fine...

I love this little laptop. I especially love the color and perfectly compact to tote with me. It was a bargain for less than $200. The only thing that bothers me is that a couple times it didn't power on unless I hold power button for a minute. I guess I will live with that because I passed the 14-day return period.
