It wasn't worth the price or the fact that it's slow.

Great product for the price! Performs like a champ!

I was never able to download the free Webroot software. I had a chat with the Tech Support and nothing was able to get resolved. Therefore, one of the reason I purchased this laptop never was able to be of benefit. Kind of a ripoff.

Aside from the brilliant color of this laptop which is beautiful, I couldn't ask for a better computer to take care of my coursework for college. I never have had one issue with the laptop. Highly recommended.

Screen faded in and out upon opening and turning on for the first time. Tried to return and was told that i had to let Best buy send it off to get fixed. Currently waiting on it to be fixed.

My son haven’t even got to use his computer since he got it. It’s been in the box since Christmas because this laptop moved sooooo slow and sucks BAD

it's an alright laptop my system keeps having problem keeping the time and date where it goes back 2 to 3 days change it then 2 and half hours later time goes back to when I first got one the computer

Nice computer. Hubby uses it for games and browsing.

Returning for 2nd time, we will have to get a different model, this one did not work at all, won’t open any app or browser will just lag until errors pop up, completely unusable.

I bought this HP laptop for my Mom! She loves it! For a woman in her late 70’s & a basic knowledge of computers and laptops, it was very easy for her use. She also loved the touch screen feature!

This computer was so slow I would not recommend to anybody. The store worker even had a problem using it when I was returning it. Worst computer. Would not recommend to anybody.

This work laptop is a work horse!! I use it Daily! I use it for everything, every project, every part of my work and pleasure day!! It's awesome and works Better than any I've had before!

Not very helpful machine, was too slow to do mathematical calculations quickly. Connecting to internet was challenging, not sure if it was machine or software that wasn’t working properly.

I love my pc and it was a great price. I spent less than $200 for it. My old HP I had for almost ten years so it stopped working and this one fulfills my needs as I am a college student online.

HP has been so good to me in the past! This time, not so much. First one got stuck in "Updates" - tried everything, took it back. Second one - same thing!! Too bad, otherwise a nice little computer at a good price. I switched to another brand.

I haven’t been able to connect to the internet since I got the laptop and using any internal functions have been very slow as well.

This product wasn’t good I brought it for my grandson to use his first laptop for kindergarten it wouldn’t hold a charge, it was hard to turn on and to get to the apps was horrible.

Worst computer I’ve ever owned. Freezes up constantly and is sooo slow. Ignore the good reviews. I thought it would be a good basic computer but I was wrong

Not what i expected! Not much memory to do what I need to do, don't know much about laptops and i must say you get what you pay for
